In 1990, December 09, Ocidental City was became independent, nowadays our city there are 55.883 inhabitants, according to CENSO - IBGE 2010, this is synonym of development and commitment with education. In city there are 13 (thirteen) schools and 1 (one) school of English, that`s why Alex Batista Mayor has responsibility and commitment. Since 2010 we have worked for the importance of a foreign culture and to confirm the Educational Progress, our school sees 300 (three hundred) students in Ocidental City.
